Terms & Conditions - Taylor Wimpey

By accepting a quote or placing an order, you agree to our terms.

Descriptions & Specifications

No warranty is provided that the goods will exactly match the description or illustrations. cgraphics reserves the right to amend product specifications where necessary. In such cases, customers will be notified of any significant changes prior to dispatch.

Pricing

Prices may change due to external factors. You’ll be notified of any changes before delivery. All unit prices exclude VAT.

Website Orders

All website orders must include a valid PO number at checkout. Online orders are confirmed immediately and may only be cancelled prior to processing, or at the discretion of cgraphics. Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Bespoke & Custom Sign Orders

Customers are responsible for submitting all required specifications, measurements, wording, colours, translations, and other design details through our online portal or via email at the time of ordering. Based on the information provided, our team will prepare artwork and send a proof to the customer separately via email for review and approval prior to production.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to carefully review and approve all artwork proofs, including spelling, layout, dimensions, colours, materials, translations, and overall design accuracy. cgraphics is not responsible for the accuracy of customer-provided translations. Production will only commence once written artwork approval has been received.

As all signs are custom made to order and produced to the customer’s specifications, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made once artwork has been approved and the order has entered production. Production and delivery timelines begin only once artwork approval and cleared payment have been received.

Minor amendments may be requested before artwork approval is given. Artwork charges are applied at the discretion of cgraphics and may apply where more than two amendments per sign are requested, where designs are particularly intricate, or where non-English or bilingual text is included. Any applicable artwork surcharge will be quoted at the time of ordering. If a customer chooses not to proceed after artwork has been completed or quoted for, the customer remains liable for all artwork costs incurred.

Once final artwork approval has been provided, cgraphics accepts no liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies contained within the approved proof or final product.

Credit Account

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in the suspension of deliveries, cancellation of outstanding orders, or closure of your credit account. Interest may also be charged on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods promptly. Delays beyond our control are not our responsibility. If you miss a delivery or don’t collect, you may be charged for redelivery or storage.

Orders will be dispatched complete whenever possible. However, in the event of shortages or production delays, part shipments may be made. Customers will be notified if this occurs, and no additional delivery charges will be applied for partial shipments.

We reserve the right to apply delivery charges for heavy items. Should special delivery arrangements be required, a separate quote will be provided for approval before dispatch.

If a package arrives damaged, please either refuse delivery or sign for it as “damaged.” This will allow us to investigate the issue with the courier.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Report any damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery. You must inspect goods upon arrival.

Returns

If you purchase standard items online and decide to cancel your order, you are entitled to a full refund in the form of a credit note issued to your account, provided you notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Any unwanted items must be returned to cgraphics within 14 days of your cancellation email, at your own expense and securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Any reduction in the condition of the goods beyond their original state may result in a reduced refund amount.

Your credit note will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: Bespoke or custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period, as they cannot be resold. Refunds or replacements apply only if the items are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

You must notify us immediately if your goods are damaged, incorrect, or faulty. Please provide images of the product to support your claim. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. Goods may only be returned with our prior approval. Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been used after reporting the fault, misused, improperly installed, or altered.

All designs originally created by cgraphics, as well as those based on customer specifications, are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and will be enforced accordingly.

Data Protection

Liability

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods concerned. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or third-party claims. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.
